"Hope you never have to file a claim and have issues. They do not help you when your have issues with your claim. I got a text asking to bring my vehicles back to them. I replied back because of the issues with home claim I will not be bringing my vehicles back and will be looking for someone else for my home as well. All I got as a reply is ok I will remove you from our callback list. I am an adjuster and unknown how everything works with claims and how other insurance companies are. Im still a customer but any other agent would have asked is there anything we can help with, or what is going on with your claim. Since our old agent left and switched to this one it has not been a pleasant experience. I would either find a different insurance company or if for some reason you believe there commercials find a different state farm agent."
